Vibe App Launches an Alliance with Unify Global Network

Vibe will now offer a channel on their platform to Unify, the nonprofit community organization that spearheads a globally synchronized meditation movement. Background: I am one of the co-founders, writers, and social media strategists for Unify. In 2012 a group of friends brought together by Adil Kassam all converged in San Francisco with a mission. It was during a time when there was much discussion about indigenous prophecies, the end of the Mayan Calendar on December 21, and sensationalized apocalypse scenarios portrayed in films like 2012, We Were Warned.

We decided that we wanted to co-opt these “end of the world” — fear-based narratives and replace them with a “rebirth of the world” — love-based global celebration.
