The Future is Fungi Online Conference: The Fungi Foundation is dedicated to supporting this research and also provides an educational outreach to help others recognize the importance of fungi in our world. Mycelial networks in the forest connect individual plants together and transfer water, carbon, nitrogen, as well as other essential nutrients and minerals. Fungi Foundation does a similar thing in human networks by helping connect individuals with each other, providing essential resources, and inspiring the general public to become more participatory in this exciting global movement.
