Harmonic Convergence 2020, A Global Paradigm Shift in the Making
For those interested in the concept of collective global consciousness or the relationship between science, indigenous prophecies, and galactic awakening, José Argüelles’ work is certainly a required reading for the topic. The first Harmonic Convergence was 33 years ago on August 16, 1987. The event was organized by José and Lloydine Argüelles Argüelles and was based on the teachings of the ancient Mayan calendar with the goal of creating greater harmony and coherence within the global community. Long before the internet, smart phones, and social media the Harmonic Convergence was the first globally synchronized event of this nature with people gathered across the planet at well known sites ranging from Stonehenge and Mt. Shasta to Central Park. The Harmonic Convergence 2020 will rekindle this spirit of shared humanity, global unity, peace, and inspired collective action.
This free 10-day global livestream meditation and Collective Contact broadcast runs from July 5–14th and can be viewed on UNIFY. Featuring indigenous elders, evolutionary and spiritual leaders, ancient history scholars, extraterrestrial researchers, and musicians, each day will include meditations, talks, music and more. The goal is to help humanity take another step towards realizing our intrinsic connection with all life and our role as planetary stewards within a larger universal community.

This scale of Mass Meditation and Collective Global Contact with Star Beings has never been attempted before, making The Harmonic Convergence 2020 the largest attempt at collective contact in history.
The Harmonic Convergence 2020 is the brain-child of Mark Sims, serial entrepreneur, computer scientist, engineer, and author with a degree in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) from Eastern Michigan University. In November 2012, Mark had a “spiritual awakening” while attending a CE-5 Ambassador Training retreat in Borrego Springs, CA led by Dr. Steven Greer. His interests in indigenous wisdom, global consciousness, and extraterrestrials have inspired him to bring together a number of diverse organizations and global luminaries for this special event. It will stream online via UNIFY, a nonprofit organization that specializes in globally synchronized meditations, events, and campaigns.

Here we are 33 years after the first Harmonic Convergence, and we find ourselves divided, looking at ecological collapse, economic disparity, and a global pandemic — all strong indicators that we are severely out of balance as a species. This is what makes the call for The Harmonic Convergence 2020 so potent and important right now.
Perhaps if we collectively get our act together we will meet our star relatives.
